t.A.T.u. performed their first USA show at the University of Santa Barbra in California on March 6th, and “White Robe”, the English version of “Beliy Plaschik”, was included into the set list. Thanks to iam88j and Dimalimas from YouTube, a video and lyrics are now available. More videos of the UCSB show are available on iam88j’s YouTube account.
Lyrics:
Feeling lonely, looking faded
Yellow ribbons, black from fading
Word is written, bone is broken
No big secret left unspoken
Silence feinted in the corner
While it’s never getting warmer
All the lies they keep on telling
But you never check the spelling
Yellow ribbons, black from fading
Word is written, bone is broken
No big secret left unspoken
Silence feinted in the corner
While it’s never getting warmer
All the lies they keep on telling
But you never check the spelling
Flying bullets
Hit the targets
Wings and halos,
Five to seven
In this white robe
through the darkness
There
Flying bullets
Hit the targets
Wings and halos,
Five to seven
In this white robe
through the darkness
There I’m flying
back to heaven!
Time is running we are sitting
Back together, just for fading
You are crying in the corner
All was lost and never forward
Open up and let me hear it
Come abide our future spirit
Brain is useless, you’re looking
Open doors but dead man walking
it’s good but I like the russian version better
La canción al ingles esta genial =)
i actually cried with happiness. i get so happy wen i hear a new song :’) if i was there id of been embarresed with crying lol. love u girls
I actually Like the English version better. Usually I like the Russian versions better, but for some reason the English one is catchier.
Usually I think the english ones are a bit more catchy but..I really like the russian version better this time 🙂
i love it <33 the lyrics is great!!! <333
I agree.
The Russian is better.
They changed the words a bit, it seems, just for the sake of rhyming.
But please don’t get me wrong.
t.A.T.u.’s music is always amazing.
:]
The lyrics are actually white DRESS, to fit better with the rhyme scheme. ^_^
Oh wow, this is great!
Lucky university people :O
Dam it, I need to update the English lyrics now on my video =P
Yes i agree to all!
But in the lyrics there’s a mistake: she sings "In this white DRESS". Listen carefully, you hear it. Moreover it rhymes to darkness.
