Yulia Volkova and Lena Katina are separate now. In this interview for MTV Newsblock, they confirm that project t.A.T.u. has ended. At least for next coming years.
Yulia: We want to proceed with our solo careers now. Just look around.
But Yulia is not going to see Lena’s concert soon, first she’s going to hear American singer Lady GaGa. On April 25th, Lady GaGa will perform in Moscow, Russia. After the performance, Yulia Volkova hopes to make an agreement regarding recording a song together. But still she doesn’t confirm it.
Yulia: (joking) My fans, our fans claim that will sing a duet. Yes! Of course we will sing and perform together!
One of the most disscussed topic on fans’ forum is Yulia’s pregnancy. And she says herself:
Yulia: Many have congratulated me already! I was at a party recently and heard “congratulations!” But “why?” I ask. “You’re pregnant!” Guys… How could I bear it? I already have two. No, I’m not a baby machine to give birth every year!
