ok alot of people are startin to P**s me off… just face facts Julia has and always will be the better of two halfs. she has much better studio voice and its much better to listen to when she sings live. Lena is good but her voice is too average, its not powerful and its not exciteing its good enough to keep me happy but Julia will always be the one with the brilliant raspy voice that gives me goosebumps wenever i hear her beautiful voice.

Lena is the main singer in the t.A.T.u. project. She was the first chosen by the managers and Julia is just singing the chorus. She barely can speak English after 2 years livin in the USA.
She is unprofessional and stupid and won’t be successful.

I don’t usually join in on the Yulia bashing, but now that it’s been brought up I will say that Yulia does not have a "beautiful" voice. My throat hurts everytime I listen to Waste Management. I know this is because of all the screaming she did in the beginning of tATu, but what’s been done can’t be changed. I actually think it’s a good thing that she’s been putting off her solo career for a while. She needs to rest that voice of hers.

Angel, Lena may of been the 1st chosen but obviously they needed a little spice in teh vocal region other wise Julia would not of been added after lena recorded Yugoslavia and Belochka. thru all teh albums they both have had equal amounts of singing, heck even the 2nd album had them both singing ther own songs, i much prefer sparks over Marsianski Glaz. and about teh language side of things. Lena is very academic and stated that she loved English classes and Julia also mentioned that she used to paint her nails in English. ive been learning Russian for 4 years and i still cant run p a conversation with the Russians from work. Its hard work so dont judge someone by their skills. Julia will always be the eyes and voice of beauty.

Yulia is beautiful, I do not care … her lips … it is much more than that … And his voice is great .. resented at a time … and that was because it gave all of it in t.A.T.u … these songs without the voice of Yulia would not be successful …. Yulia Volkova Go listen to it again to enjoy all a show, … she shone on stage …. I love this girl, rebellious, genuine, talented, and on stage she does everything. I also hope by the time they return with tATu Lena … I believe in tolerance and the imperfection of the people … I believe in Yulia and Lena

About yulia voice: it’s ausome. Wonderful with too energy sexy and the best voice ever. Beter than Lena. U can see in songs in Lena consert.the songs like not nggu or attss or runing blind or allmylove or time of the moon and you and I when Lena just sing them it has no base and just relax and low but with yulias; wow I can’t stop listening to it.yulias voice give energy to us.it’s just super

I have to admit, this gives me hope. I always loved Yulia and Lena equally, but I have been disappointed in Yulia lately, with the lack of work ethic and then her comments about Lena’s career. But if Yulia means it, and her career starts soon, I’m excited to see what she can come up with.

G, Lena’s voice has not altered at all since album 1. i love lena equally as much as i do julia but this needs to be said cause its annoyed me what you said. Julias voice has not deteriorated at all. if anything it has improved since D&M sure she cant hit certain notes when singing live but thats due to computer alteration of the recorded studio vocals. on the WM album Julia’s voice is like angels whispering into my ears.
I think both Lena and Yulia are talented (though I’ve lost respect for Yulia) but Lena’s voice is better. That just is. Yulia had throat surgery, her voice will never sound as good as it used to. It’s not because someone thinks she’s a whore or because someone doesn’t like her, that’s just fact. I completely disagree that it’s gotten better, I find her very hard to listen to. Not because I don’t appreciate her attitude, but because her voice truly has deteriorated.

back off of Yulia, my gods! everything she does, most people see it as wrong. Yulia is pegged as the villian and Elena as the protaganist. bullshit. they both make tatu. Ivan used to be the hated one for being such a creep, now its Yulia who’s disliked. i’ve never read a negative comment about Yulias voice until recently and i think its just to’take her down a peg’ for speaking her mind about Lena’s career. im sure everyone misses the old tatu and perhaps Lena more resembles the old band then Yulia does. i wish the best for both girls
