G’day Guys, long time no talk

How have you all been?
I haven’t forgotten about you!
Just really busy this end.
Sorry for the lack of blogs.

I’ve been in the studio, recording and working on my music.
Enjoying the beautiful weather here in LA, even though its starting to slowly cool off.
Getting lots of exercise and spending lots of time again in the studio.

Alot happening at the moment, but nothing I can really talk about just yet.
But I can promise you all will be surprised and I can’t wait to let the cat out of the bag.
All I’ll say right now is, its something to do with a collaboration and a special song. Wink
You’ll have to keep checking in to see what’s coming your way very soon!

How are you going to celebrate your birthday this year?

Well, since my last year’s birthday was…so to say, fun 🙂 this year I feel… I actually have no mood to celebrate it – I’m spending my birthday in America and with, let’s say, the closest people who work with us. And Julia is not really job anymore, it’s my very close person, she’s just my family. And when I’m back, I think we could have a party in the family circle. Maybe we go out, maybe we just have a little home celebration… I mean, I don’t want to throw a huge party… And also I’m just 23… Well, I think I’ll have a real big party on my 25th birthday.

Do you expect any special presents, anything unusual?

No, actually. I’m not expecting anything. The main thing for me is to have my family and close people with my, and as for presents… The important thing is attention, that’s the way I live.

Is birthday an important day for you or not?

I think it’s practically the same as before, no difference. Sure, each year some months beforehand you already start counting days before your birthday… My mom always did like this: Each year after I fell asleep on birthday night, the whole family would leave presents in my room. And when I woke up, the first thing I did was opening all my presents. And this was such a wow! Super! The biggest happiness. And now my birthday is kinda… ok, yeah, another birthday. I think, it’s more my mom’s day now, because she worked hard that day, suffered giving me birth, with all problems and pains. So, it’s like that… It’s a pity she suffered so much because of me… And my personal feeling is just thank you to her that I live in this world, in this particular time and place and that things are the way they are.

How about Julia? Isn’t she afraid to shoot the video, to record songs being so many months pregnant? One should be very careful.

Thanks God, she feels great, hopefully it goes on in this way up to the child’s birth. I think there won’t be any problems with this. Afraid?… Why be afraid? Actually everything’s “in Gods hands”… So I think that everything will be ok.

…We’ve been shooting Saturday from 3 PM to 3 AM, and Sunday from 12PM to 6 AM. Everybody’s dead tired, but we really felt this only when we finished.

I’m not going to tell you about the video and how all creative team feels about the work done. You’ll see and judge yourself.

Lena and Julia, tired but alive and safe, left Los Angeles with the evening plane on Monday, and on Tuesday night they were back home.

Candids of a very pregnant Yulia and her boyfriend “husband” Parviz arriving at the Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow, Russia heading to Los Angeles, USA. According to Tvoj den, Parviz left the airport after seeing Yulia to her seat and she flew to L.A. alone.
